清洗风干流水线有气泡洗袋机、提升机、振动筛、风干线、四台设备组成，首先将物料直接倒入到洗袋机内由水槽中的水由下而上产生气泡，气泡产生与破裂产生的能量，促进产品翻面清洗，清洗后进入清水喷淋区，清洗干净后直接进入振动筛，由振动筛将大部分水珠震动掉后进入风干线，风干完毕后直接装箱即可。
