将冻肉等料放进加满水的解冻池，用气泡将水翻腾，从而达到快速解冻机目的。解冻池旁边有恒温池，水从恒温池流入解冻机内，随着冻品的解冻，传送带上的产品向出料方向出料，解冻池内的水温慢慢下降，到出料这段时间，水再从解冻池进入到恒温池，这样循环利用，节约环保型。
